What will my international buyer actually pay?

The rules are scattered across customs agencies, postal operators and marketplaces, and they changed several times in 2026. Small sellers end up with refused parcels, surprise bills for buyers and bad reviews. We gather the rules by route, cite them, date them, and track every change.
